At ScholyHub Consultants, we aim to provide transparent, reliable, and high-quality services to every student. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for payments made to us. By engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions (/terms/).

1) Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all fees paid for:

  • Study abroad counseling & consultation packages
  • University/course shortlisting & application services
  • Scholarship guidance & SOP/essay editing
  • Test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.)
  • Visa and pre-departure support services

2) General Principle

All service fees are compensation for professional expertise, time, and administrative efforts. Therefore, fees are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated, unless otherwise stated below.

3) Situations Where Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered: If we fail to initiate the agreed service within 15 business days of payment, and no alternative arrangement is agreed.
  • Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service.
  • Cancellation before service start: If you cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and no work has commenced.

4) Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after services have started.
  • University, scholarship, or visa authorities reject applications (we cannot control external outcomes).
  • Delays caused by incomplete/inaccurate documents provided by you.
  • Refund requests made after services have been substantially completed.
  • Test prep packages once classes/materials have been shared.

5) Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via info@scholyhubconsultants.com with proof of payment and reason.
  • We will review and respond within 10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15–30 business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).

6) Non-Refundable Fees

Certain payments are always non-refundable, including:

  • Registration/administration fees
  • Third-party charges (test booking, courier, government fees, university application fees, embassy/visa charges, etc.)
